They really started to let each other in and talk about their feelings and support each other in such a kind and nurturing way.I just loved it!

Once they let their walls down and let each other in, the book really took off for me! It was so swoony and sweet and I adored their romance and banter with each other so much. It was just the catalyst needed for Beck and Jacobs to realize how they really felt for one another. What followed was a series of 'challenges' the team came up with to determine who should get the title. Their biggest rivarly was on who would be team captain for their senior year. They were constantly bickering and trying to one up the other one.you just knew there was a sexual tension brewing down deep. Jacobs and Beck started off with such a strong animosity toward one another as they were getting ready to start their senior year of college and defend their frozen four title. It was filled with so many of my favorite things.sports, college age romance, first times, bi-awakening, fluttery moments and such a sweet romance. I adored the first book in the series and the 2nd book did not disappoint. I could listen to these narrators all day long! I was so excited to read another collaboration by these 2 fabulous authors. When it comes to competing, I'm all in, and nothing will get between me and the W. Even if I'm getting confusing feelings toward him, I won't let it hold me back.

Tormenting Jacobs at the same time will just be a bonus. I'm going to win these stupid challenges easily and spend my senior year as hockey king on this campus. I like pushing his buttons, but the guy needs to loosen up. I have no idea why Christopher Jacobs hates me, and I can't say I care. Challenges that are throwing me and Beck together. Challenges that have nothing to do with hockey. And the team thinks that what we need are a bunch of challenges to prove our worth. The captain spot is going to a team vote. Yet the coaches see something in him I obviously can't, and they refuse to choose between us.
